Full Time Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager job to assist the head chef in leadership position in the kitchen of a pub & restaurant. Work the lead position on the line while leading by example and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The majority of hours worked will be weekends and evenings.
