Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics.

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) is a plus.
