The AVP, Syndicated Capital Markets Specialist is a hybrid role supporting the Syndicated Capital Markets team across General Industries and Life Sciences & Healthcare verticals. The role is responsible for all aspects of syndication execution, from pitching and structuring to closing transactions, while working closely with relationship managers, credit, and external market participants. You will play a critical role in supporting deal execution, preparing market and company analyses, and producing client-facing materials. The position requires a balance of technical skills, project management, and external engagement, with opportunities to mentor junior team members and help drive growth across the platform. This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Credit analysis, Underwriting or Risk Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Credit analysis, Underwriting or Risk Management
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree Business Administration / Finance / Economics
1 year of Syndications & Capital Markets
Formal credit training program completion

The base pay for this position is generally between $140,000.00 and $175,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives.
