Opportunity Details : Provide comprehensive pediatric urologic care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical treatment. Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urologic surgeries with proficiency. Supervise, mentor, and educate urology residents and medical students, fostering an academic learning environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, nephrologists, and other specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and clinical protocol development. Engage in community outreach and educational activities to promote pediatric urologic health. Additional compensation available for optional call. Qualifications Board Eligibility or Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology. Completion of an accredited fellowship in Pediatric Urology. Active and Unrestricted New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain. Demonstrated experience in robotic-assisted pediatric urologic surgery. Prior experience in an academic or teaching hospital setting, preferred. Wages and Benefits include : Annual Base Salary : $450,000
