Responsibilities :
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and credit processes within shared services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Conduct month-end close activities in alignment with both local and corporate guidelines, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Implement and monitor internal controls, compliance initiatives, and assist with external audit requirements to ensure adherence to regulatory and corporate standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce financial complexities.
- Collaborate across multiple departments, including HR, IT, Operations, and Purchasing, to resolve financial challenges and optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Provide key insights during forecasting and budgeting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage fixed asset records and general ledger entries while maintaining organized and accurate financial documentation.
- Leverage manufacturing accounting software to streamline financial operations, ensuring data accuracy and improving reporting capabilities.
- Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all accounting practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferredMinimum of 1+ years of accounting experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong attention to detail.Strong knowledge of Excel and general ledger management.Familiarity with manufacturing accounting software, such as Syteline or D365, is highly desirable.Understanding of compliance standards, including SOX and organizational principles.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
