Location : Sandstone Foothills Apartments located in Mineral Wells, Texas

30 hours a week with full time benefits

National Church Residences is the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services. We are seeking a Property Manager who will share in our vision to advance better living and care for seniors!

Education : Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications :

• Minimum two years' property management experience required.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD / Section 8 and affordable housing regulations preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must have working knowledge of computer or tablet software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effectively read and interpret documents and instructions.
• Ability to effectively interact with community residents.
