Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage tax engagements across a variety of industries.

Review and advise on complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.

Provide proactive tax planning and strategic advisory services to a high-value client base.

Mentor and develop staff accountants and managers to strengthen firm-wide technical expertise.

Collaborate with partners to implement firm-wide initiatives and operational improvements.

Stay current on tax law changes to ensure compliance and deliver informed guidance.

Contribute to business development efforts through networking, relationship management, and community engagement.

Requirements

Active CPA license required.

5+ years of progressive public accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
