We are a nationally recognized, fast-growing RIA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager for our Fort Worth location to join our in-house tax team supporting high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is ideal for tax professionals looking to step away from the grind of public accounting and into a more strategic, client-focused advisory position.
You’ll collaborate directly with financial advisors, estate planners, and clients to provide holistic, tax-forward strategies that align with each client’s long-term goals.

What You’ll Do
Oversee tax strategy and compliance for HNW / UHNW clientsPartner with wealth advisors and planning teams to deliver integrated tax solutionsReview and sign off on complex individual, trust, partnership, and estate returnsParticipate in advanced planning related to charitable giving, equity comp, estate, and successionServe as a key thought partner for clients and internal stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For
