Project Manager

Implementation of multiple projects at the same time. Ability to run a project from start to closeout. Awarding contracts to vendors. Managing schedules, cost book, change orders, and clients. Can be assigned to multiple different projects. Helping when needed with estimating and preconstruction efforts.

Engineering degree is strongly preferred. Experience working with people from multiple different backgrounds. Strong tenure with previous companies. 5-10 years of construction experience. Someone who can hit the ground running.
