DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

You're the dedicated leader who guides your crew in completing quality work, skillfully managing all aspects of the job from start to finish, WHILE WORKING ALONGSIDE YOUR TEAM. As a Concrete Polishing Foreman, you take accountability for your team's results and strive to complete quality, timely work. You expertly manage all aspects of our projects from start to finish, overseeing everything from administrative work to field operations. As a confident and capable leader, you analyze project plans and coach your team in completing exceptional work according to these guidelines. You proactively address minor roadblocks and promptly resolve problems as they arise. Diligently, you communicate with your team, maintain accurate project records, and do whatever it takes to deliver incredible results.
