Responsibilities

Provide insurance customer service in English and Spanish (bilingual required)

Assist clients with policy information, billing questions, and account updates

Cross-sell insurance products (auto, home, life, business) to existing customers

Process policy changes and provide quotes for new insurance policies

Follow up with leads and maintain detailed client records

Work with the sales team to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales goals

Requirements

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish / English required

Previous customer service, call center, or insurance experience preferred

Strong communication and active listening skills

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Property & Casualty insurance license preferred (we offer paid licensing support if needed)
