• Prepare and respond to discovery, conduct depositions, and manage fact development

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Participate in settlement negotiations and case strategy sessions
• Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to efficiently move cases forward

Requirements :

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school

Certifications :

Active Florida Bar license required
