Responsibilities

• Providing individualized, nurturing care to infants in a licensed child care or daycare setting
• Supporting early developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory play, cuddles, and structured routines
• Ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment by following best practices for diapering, feeding, and safe sleep
• Building trusting relationships with families by maintaining open and ongoing communication about each child's growth
