Job Description

Oversee and manage mechanical projects with a total value of $20M+

Lead project teams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for seamless project delivery.

Monitor financials, track progress, and manage risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards.

Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.

Proven ability to manage tenant fit-outs, retrofits, and ground-up construction projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and controls (Controls experience is a plus!).

Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration.

Competitive base salary up to $150k (depending on experience)

3 days WFH with site visits 2 days a week
