You will oversee a single systems acquisition program or a major functional area, using your expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to develop strategies and conduct technical analysis. This position is ideal for a self-starter who excels in remote work environments and is capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the systems engineering lifecycle for acquisition programs / projects or major functional areas.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methods to develop technical analysis, strategies, and solutions.
• Oversee network engineering and configuration of data information systems supporting program objectives.
• Support or lead program management functions, ensuring integration of technical and managerial goals.
• Facilitate business process reengineering and specialty engineering disciplines such as :
• Communications engineering
• Systems safety
• Quality assurance
• Test and evaluation
• Human factors analysis
• Reliability and maintainability
• Systems security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure system requirements and designs meet program goals.
• Utilize Atlassian tools like Confluence and JIRA for documentation, issue tracking, and workflow management.
• Prepare and present detailed reports, documentation, and briefings related to systems engineering efforts.
