Position Overview : Inventory Technician
The Inventory Technician plays a vital role in our operations team, responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving inventory management systems, equipment tracking, and compliance standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while upholding our professional and service-oriented values.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Asset Coordination
- Maintain and organize all departmental assets including tools, vehicles, and shop equipment.
- Ensure accurate equipment labeling, logging, and inspection.
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and testing equipment per training and safety protocols.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Support Bulldog's continual improvement program in accordance with API Q1 and ISO 9001 : 2015.Inspect, identify, and correct flawed equipment according to written procedures.Adhere to all HSE, Quality, and performance standards.Communication & Customer Service
Welcome customers with professionalism, providing knowledgeable product and service information.Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and leadership in both verbal and written form.Documentation & Recordkeeping
Complete all paperwork accurately and on time (JSA, Safety Docs, FSTs, Timecards, etc.).Report any non-compliance to supervisors or HR immediately.Safety & Physical Requirements
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies with a 100% safety performance goal.Lift equipment up to 50 lbs, work 95% of the time in a shop environment, 3% in the yard, and 2% in the office.Qualifications & Experience
1–5 years of relevant equipment knowledge or experience in a related industrial or oilfield role.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).Commitment to professional conduct and teamwork.J-18808-Ljbffr
