Minimum Qualifications :

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a specialization in psychiatry.
  • Board certification in psychiatry.
  • Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in the relevant state.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in developing and managing mental health programs or services.
  • Familiarity with business management principles and practices in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or entrepreneurial role within the mental health field.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Establish and maintain a new physician practice with the guidance and services of MedCBO.
  • Develop and implement new psychiatric services and programs that meet the needs of diverse patient populations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create integrated care models that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by the practice.
  • Manage the business aspects of the practice, including budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.
  • Skills :
