Minimum Qualifications :

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with a specialization in psychiatry.
Board certification in psychiatry.
Valid medical license to practice psychiatry in the relevant state.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in developing and managing mental health programs or services.

Familiarity with business management principles and practices in a healthcare setting.

Previous experience in a leadership or entrepreneurial role within the mental health field.

Responsibilities :

Establish and maintain a new physician practice with the guidance and services of MedCBO.

Develop and implement new psychiatric services and programs that meet the needs of diverse patient populations.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create integrated care models that enhance patient outcomes.

Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and identify areas for improvement.

Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness and the services offered by the practice.

Manage the business aspects of the practice, including budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.
