Managing customer accounts, tracking loan status, and processing payments. Maintaining daily communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing updates, making courtesy calls, and addressing customer concerns. Providing excellent customer service by delivering timely, accurate, and friendly support. Various Office Tasks : Filing and maintaining accurate documentation for loans and payments. Processing loan applications and assisting in the approval process. Sorting and distributing office mail, packages, and customer correspondences. Managing and organizing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the office team. Excellent Communication Skills : You'll need to communicate clearly and professionally, both over the phone and in writing. Great Attitude : A positive, can-do attitude that shines through with every customer interaction. Attention to Detail : Ensuring all customer data is accurate and up-to-date. Monday - Friday : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM (rotating schedule)
