Join Our Team as a Physical Medicine NP / PA at Nuvance Health!

Are you a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant looking to make a real impact in the field of Physical Medicine? Nuvance Health is excited to invite you to join our dynamic team in beautiful Newtown, Connecticut! Here, you’ll provide outpatient care focused on pain management , rehabilitation , and orthopedics in a supportive and innovative environment.

Your Role :

As a Physical Medicine NP / PA, you will :

  • Conduct procedure follow-ups and trigger point injections.
  • Make referrals to therapy within our multispecialty clinic.
  • Enjoy standard office hours from Monday to Friday, with opportunities for additional weekend hospital coverage.

What We’re Looking For :

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • At least one year of experience in Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Orthopedics, or Rheumatology in an outpatient setting.
  • A valid CT RN and APRN or PA license , along with CT Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA.
