Job Title : Financial Analyst II

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Location : Near Apple Creek, OH (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with the VP of Finance and Sales / Marketing leaders to analyze financial results, drive profitability, and improve margin performance
  • Lead monthly close reporting and performance-to-plan analysis, including flash reporting and forecast variance tracking
  • Support board-level reporting by preparing quarterly financial presentations and variance explanations
  • Provide financial oversight for incentive programs, ensuring accuracy in accruals and reporting
  • Develop ad hoc reports and models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and executive decision-making

    • Qualifications :

  • 4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally with exposure to Oracle / Hyperion or similar ERP systems
  • Strong Excel and analytical modeling skills; experience with Essbase or BI tools a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA / CMA pursuit encouraged, not required)
