About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing strategic initiatives that drive engagement and growth across business segments. This role is ideal for someone passionate about B2B marketing, eager to collaborate across teams, and ready to contribute to impactful campaigns and programs.

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented junior Marketing Associate to join our Segment Marketing team within WCIB Marketing. You'll support a variety of marketing initiatives across Wealth, Corporate, and Institutional Banking segments, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business partners to boost engagement, brand visibility, and revenue. This role demands strong project and account management skills, clear communication, and the ability to drive implementation and closely manage timelines through a matrixed environment with precision and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist Marketing Managers in the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across various channels.

Support the development of marketing materials and communications tailored to B2B audiences.

Coordinate with internal teams-including sales enablement, activation, and digital-to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Leverage insights and data to support strategic recommendations and continuous improvement.

Help maintain segment-specific marketing plans, calendars, and timelines.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and promotional activities.

Submit marketing materials for compliance review and ensure timely approvals in alignment with regulatory and brand standards.

Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities relevant to assigned segments.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four to six years of experience in marketing industry

Preferred Skills / Experience :

Ability to manage projects and provide measurable results that are delivered on time and on budget.

Able to adapt based on company goals, research, previous campaign results and direction provided by leadership.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and marketing tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Marketing / Ad agency experience is a plus.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
