Location : Brooklyn, NYSalary : $150,000 - $180,000 (flexible based on experience)Work Hours : Full time, On-site

Position Overview

We're hiring a Pre-Construction Development Manager to own the design and development phase of major projects , from vision to handoff. This role is responsible for coordinating architects, engineers, designers, and consultants to shape the development and prepare for execution. You'll manage plans, permits, contracts, bidding, and all early-stage coordination —ensuring a clean, professional transition to construction.

Must be confident reading and interpreting plans, organizing consultants, and driving execution across design and pre-construction teams.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has strong real estate development experience (luxury / multifamily preferred)
• Can independently coordinate architects, engineers, and consultants
• Understands vision, plans, budgets, and what it takes to execute
• Manages timelines, documentation, meetings, and handoffs like clockwork
• Is sharp, polished, and highly organized—with a calm, professional presence
