Are you bilingual in Spanish and passionate about helping homeowners? Join our mortgage servicing team as a Customer Relations Call Center Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in guiding customers through complex mortgage questions and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically—in both English and Spanish—will help protect client assets, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding service to customers during key moments of their homeownership journey.

BILINGUAL CUSTOMER RELATIONS CALL CENTER SPECIALIST (MORTGAGE SERVICING)

Location : Fort Worth, TX | Remote – US - MUST LIVE IN THE DALLAS / FORT WORTH, TX AREA.

Compensation & Schedule

  • $20.00–$25.00 per hour
  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
  • Temporary Assignment - February 2026 (may be extended)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field high-volume inbound calls from customers regarding mortgage servicing inquiries and account updates
  • Deliver accurate, courteous, and professional responses to resolve complex mortgage concerns
  • Perform escrow analyses, process account maintenance, handle payoff requests, and research accounts to ensure accurate resolutions
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and servicing standards to protect customer mortgage assets
  • Address credit bureau disputes and customer data requests while adhering to operational controls and corporate policy
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ years of mortgage servicing experience (required)
  • 1+ years of high-volume call center experience (required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and servicing platforms (MSP experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure

  • PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience handling mortgage payoffs and escrow analysis
  • Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive customer data with discretion
