Key Responsibilities
Develop account plans and strategies to leverage the platform for customer objectives
Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
Conduct internal service review meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Relativity Certified Administrator certificate
Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
Knowledge of the e-discovery industry and products
ITIL Certification (preferred)
