About the Role

Archer is looking for a talented and driven Product Marketing Associate / Manager to be our first product marketer—and a foundational member of our go-to-market team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with room to grow into a broader marketing leadership position as we scale.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and is excited to shape the future of marketing at Archer. You’ll play a key role in accelerating revenue, sharpening our positioning, and connecting our product to the people who need it most.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sales enablement assets (presentations, one-pagers, pitch decks) that empower our sales team to win.
• Plan and execute go-to-market efforts for product launches, including messaging, collateral, training materials, and communications.
• Build and scale customer marketing efforts, including use cases, case studies, and outcome-driven success stories.
• Refine and elevate product positioning and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
• Establish and maintain a marketing asset library (demos, data sheets, customer stories, etc.).
• Conduct market and competitive research to uncover trends, buyer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Create and maintain customer personas and use cases that inform positioning, targeting, and campaign strategies.
• Define success metrics for product marketing efforts and continuously optimize based on insights and performance data.
