An established AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join its Wilmington, Delaware office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile bankruptcy matters in both Federal and State courts within a collaborative, detail oriented environment.

The Bankruptcy Paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of bankruptcy proceedings, from case initiation to resolution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience in bankruptcy law at a mid- to large-sized law firm and excels at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Interested candidates with applicable Delaware Bankruptcy experience should reach out directly to Kevin Ross at Robert Half in Philadelphia.Responsibilities Prepare, file, and serve legal documents in Federal and State courts using CM / ECF and File & Serve systems. Draft and organize pleadings and filings such as petitions, motions, briefs, fee applications, proofs of claim, schedules, and discovery documents. Conduct legal research using Lexis and Westlaw; perform cite-checking and statutory review. Assist attorneys with preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions. Manage discovery materials, case files, and document organization. Perform UCC and real property searches; prepare and file related documentation. Communicate with clients, courts, trustees, and opposing counsel. Maintain case calendars and track key deadlines. Provide comprehensive litigation and administrative support throughout all phases of bankruptcy cases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Five or more years of bankruptcy paralegal experience in a mid- to large-sized law firm. Strong knowledge of CM / ECF filing systems, Lexis, and Westlaw. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Flexibility to work after hours when needed.
