Join our team as a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant with Indigo. This is a FLOAT position for our Inland Northwest Region Urgent Care Clinics. INW Region : Greater Spokane, Millwood, Liberty Lake, Coeur d'Alene, Yakima and Hayden Idaho. FTE : 0.9 Shift : Day Schedule : 8am-8pm 3 x 12-hour shifts

• Up to $7,500 sign-on incentive is available for external candidates including new grads and experienced medical assistants
• $2.50 / hour Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked
• $1.75 / hour X-Ray Certification Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked for employees who become trained and certified in X-Ray
• $1.25 / hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts
• Extra Shifts and Float incentives awarded when applicable
• Monthly Indigo Incentive Program, with a payout rate of up to $300 / month

However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
