Healthcare Construction Superintendent

A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex healthcare projects. This is a critical role for someone who knows how to run a jobsite with confidence, especially in active medical environments where safety, scheduling, and communication are key.

Minimum 5 years as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Proven track record of multiple successful healthcare projects (not just 12)

Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills

Comfortable overseeing active construction in occupied medical facilities

Detail-oriented with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and coordination

Able to work closely with owners, inspectors, subcontractors, and hospital staff

Lead all onsite activities from mobilization through closeout

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work aligns with plans and specs

Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, secure jobsites

Proactively identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on track

Communicate daily with project managers and stakeholders

Maintain logs, schedules, and reporting tools with accuracy
