Schedule : 3 days per week 8-hour shifts

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our urgent care team in Las Vegas, NV, on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing care to patients of all ages for various urgent care needs and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide medical care to patients of all ages for common urgent care needs
• Conduct patient histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat minor illnesses and injuries
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures
• Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
• Prescribe medications and manage medication regimens as required
• Educate patients and provide detailed follow-up instructions
• Document patient visits accurately and efficiently in the EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff and supervising physician to ensure quality patient care
