We're Hiring : Level 1 Help Desk Technician (MSP Environment)

We're looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician who's excited to solve everyday tech issues, learn from experienced team members, and provide excellent support to our clients. What You'll Be Doing :
- Respond to and resolve basic technical support requests (Windows, Mac, Office 365, printers, etc.)
- Create and manage support tickets using our PSA tools
- Assist with user account setup and password resets in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Help monitor systems and alerts using RMM tools
- Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand issues and provide updates
