Position Summary :
Rugiet is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Head of National Urological Sales to join our growing team. As a first outside sales hire, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Erectile Dysfunction (ED) medication to healthcare providers and clinics. You will play a crucial role in educating healthcare professionals about the unique benefits of Rugiet's ED solutions and establishing strong relationships to drive product adoption.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target key healthcare providers, urologists, and clinics specializing in men's health.
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to educate healthcare professionals about Rugiet's ED medication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive product adoption and increase sales.
- Provide ongoing support and education to healthcare providers regarding the appropriate use of Rugiet's ED medication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Rugiet's products and expand professional network.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, business).Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a focus on urology or men's health products preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver's license and ability to travel.Benefits :
