Production Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing

Responsibilities :

Supervise and motivate production staff

Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery

Monitor and improve production processes

Train and develop team members

Collaborate with other departments to increase efficiency

Meet production targets and deadlines

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and MRP / ERP systems
