Your Key Tasks

  • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals
  • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of plans
  • Provide family-focused discussions to help parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations

    • Requirements

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    • Salary : Up to $90,000 / year + monthly bonus
