Position Overview : Profession : Physician Specialty : Urology Rate Type : On Call (Daily) Emergency / Temp Privileges : No Shift Type : 24-Hour Call (6 AM - 6 AM) Start Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing, with future coverage needs starting in 2025 Weekend Requirements : Yes On Call Requirements : Yes Key Responsibilities : Call Schedule : Provide 24-hour on-call coverage, from 6 AM to 6 AM. Handle ED and inpatient cases, focusing exclusively on adult and geriatric patients. Average number of hospital-based surgeries : 2-5 per weekend. Procedures Required : Ureteroscopy Laparoscopic Surgeries General Urology Trauma Nephrectomy Partial Nephrectomies / Intraoperative Ultrasound Incontinence Procedures Daily Duties : Average number of patients per day : 15-20. Perform and manage urological procedures independently, as no other urologists will be present during your assignment.
