Administrative Support / Assistant

Seeking an Administrative Support professional for the Easement Department in our Mitchell, SD office (PT / FT). This role will manage easement documentation, track and file records, and provide clear, organized support to the team and property owners. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities :

Duties include, but are not limited to the following :

• Print and mail easement packets to property owners and relevant parties.
• Track outgoing and incoming mail and update various internal trackers accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of received signed easements.
• File signed easements with the appropriate jurisdiction or governing body.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with the easement team to ensure alignment and progress.
• Compose, edit, proofread, and format written materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage special projects by establishing objectives, setting priorities, coordinating with others, and adjusting plans as needed.
