We specialize in providing compassionate, comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients. Our unit serves individuals with complex needs, including those suffering from chronic wounds, mental health concerns, and respiratory conditions. We also provide expert management of gastrointestinal issues and heart failure, ensuring tailored care to each patient's specific needs. Additionally, we treat conditions requiring long-term antibiotics, such as endocarditis and cellulitis, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and supporting recovery. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works collaboratively to deliver the highest standard of care in a nurturing, supportive environment.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.Comparable education and successful licensure may be considered.LicensureMust hold and maintain a current LPN license in the state where nursing duties are performed.Must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.ExperienceOpen to both new graduates and experienced LPNs.CertificationsRequired : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire).LPN-IV Certification (must be completed prior to hire or within 3 months, depending on department requirements).May Be Required Based on Unit / Role : ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)PEARS (Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization)S.T.A.B.L.E.
