Role Description

We’re hiring a Founding Engineer to join us full-time on-site in Austin, TX .

You’ll take end-to-end ownership of our technical roadmap, working closely with leadership to design, build, and scale the platform that powers Voxology’s healthcare automation. This is a deeply hands-on role for a systems thinker who wants to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Own Voxology’s technical roadmap and drive vision, architecture, and execution.
• Design, architect, and build scalable AI products : data pipelines, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Ship features across backend and frontend (Python / React).
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and user interfaces.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new AI features and automations.
• Collaborate with product, leadership, and go-to-market teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
