• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, HR, Project Management, CMDB), including scripting and configuration of UI policies, business rules, client / server scripts, and workflows to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
• Design and implement automation workflows to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and contribute to strategic planning of ServiceNow capabilities and upgrades.
• Perform system integrations and data migrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
• Ensure platform security and compliance, including role-based access controls, data protection standards, and audit readiness.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular platform health checks to ensure stability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications, customizations, and integrations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide training and support to end-users to promote adoption and effective use.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices, applying new capabilities to continuously improve the platform.
• Provide leadership and direction to one direct report; including mentorship, task oversight, and regular performance feedback to support professional growth and ensure high-quality platform support.
