• Job Description : \n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Contract Registered Nurse specializing in Chronic Dialysis to join our team in Benton Harbor, MI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care to individuals undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.\n
• Responsibilities : \n\n– Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient responses.\n\n– Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.\n\n– Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and post-treatment care.\n\n– Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.\n\n– Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.\n
• Qualifications : \n\n– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.\n\n– Minimum of 2 years of experience in chronic dialysis nursing.\n\n– Proficiency in dialysis equipment and technology.\n\n– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n\n– Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.\n
