Key Responsibilities

Utilize multiple software systems to complete Medicare Prior Authorization case reviews

Meet or exceed government mandated timelines and comply with productivity and quality standards

Manage data entry accurately and navigate multiple computer applications in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience working independently in a data-driven role preferred

Pharmacy or medical background is a plus
