About the Department
The Self-Serve Team plays a crucial role in Cloudflare's Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, impacting approximately 20% of the internet. We lead growth marketing and product experimentation across all product categories, including Application Services, Cloudflare One, Developer Platform, and various plans : Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. Our mission is to enhance our business by deeply understanding our customers' experiences from Awareness to Activation, Expansion, and Retention.
Your Role
As a key member of the Product Analytics team, you will generate data-driven insights critical for refining our products and enhancing customer satisfaction on a large scale. You thrive on analyzing extensive data and translating it into actionable insights. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and drive fast-paced initiatives will contribute significantly to our mission.
