Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize marketing systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and performance
Manage and execute marketing automation programs across various channels and ensure data accuracy in marketing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on CRM processes and serve as a trusted advisor on campaign best practices
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations within a SaaS or high-growth environment
Proven expertise in marketing automation administration, specifically with Marketo, and CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot
Strong understanding of data management and integration tools such as Segment and GA4
Experience in designing lead scoring models and campaign taxonomies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
