What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 5 years in residential carpentry with a detailed resume showcasing your skills.

Proven Leadership : You will lead and mentor apprentice carpenters, laborers, subcontractors, and other team members. We value individuals who can motivate, make work assignments, and maintain high standards.

Skills : Expertise in both rough and finish carpentry at the highest level, ensuring projects are completed to perfection.

Project Management : Oversee residential remodeling projects ranging from $150,000 to $750,000, keeping them on track and within budget.

Safety and Quality Focused : Ensure job site safety, manage tools, and enforce company policies.

Client Relations : Maintain regular client contact, assist with cost updates, and ensure their expectations are met.

Team Spirit : Work collaboratively, share knowledge, and continuously grow your skills through training and team engagement.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have :

A minimum of 5 years of residential carpentry experience.

A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and a credit check.

Ability to commute reliably to Pittsburgh, PA, or willingness to relocate before starting work.
