Big Guns Coffee & Farm is America’s first indoor hydroponic coffee farm , founded by Marine Veteran T. Shane Johnson and his daughter Charli .

We grow, roast, and package coffee right here in the U.S. — leading a sustainable “farm-to-cup” revolution that’s redefining the American coffee industry.

With products already sold through Walmart, Sprouts, ShopRite, Homegoods , and more, we’re scaling rapidly. To support our leadership team’s growth, we’re seeking a world-class Executive Assistant who can help organize, coordinate, and keep momentum across multiple business fronts.

💼 The Role

You’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO (and occasionally his daughter / Co-Founder Charli) to manage daily operations, communications, and key initiatives.

This is a dynamic hybrid role — part business, part brand, part life management — where organization, professionalism, and energy make all the difference.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with investors, retailers, media, and internal teams
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Handle scheduling for filming, interviews, and public appearances
  • Support event coordination, press opportunities, and speaking engagements
  • Manage confidential documents, contracts, and NDAs
  • Organize personal logistics (travel, appointments, errands) to keep the founder operating at full capacity

⚙️ What You’ll Bring

  • 3 – 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Coordinator
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize fast, and manage sensitive information discreetly
  • Confidence working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • A professional yet approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving instincts
  • 💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $55,000 – $70,000 DOE
  • Performance Bonus : 5 – 10 % based on goal completion and efficiency metrics
  • Benefits : Health, PTO, travel reimbursement, coffee perks, and growth opportunities
  • Location : Pendleton, SC (Onsite with hybrid flexibility)
