Three Rivers Human Service Zone is seeking dedicated and passionate CPS Case Manager for the Child Welfare / Family Services Department to support Child Welfare Services. Our mission is to protect children and families by providing advocacy, resources, and education while promoting stability and community connections.
CPS Case Manager example of duties :
To succeed in this position, you must have a passion for serving others and a commitment to making a positive impact. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. A thorough understanding of program policies and laws is required, as well as proficiency in various software and database applications with a willingness to learn new technology. Attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and strict adherence to state and federal regulations are critical.
To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following areas : social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, behavioral health, or criminal justice. Plus, one of the following :
Family Service Specialist III (SC7005) :
Family Services Specialist II (SC7004) :
Family Services Specialist I (SC7004) :
Frequent travel throughout Morton, Grant and Sioux Counties is required.
The successful applicant must pass a standard background, motor vehicle, and criminal record check.
