Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs
- Prepare and review service estimates with customers
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Upsell additional services when appropriate, based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality service
Skills and Qualifications :
