Procurement and Vendor Analyst

A company is looking for an Enterprise Sourcing Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise sourcing programs, including tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communications

Support business units in executing purchase orders and managing vendor onboarding and performance tracking

Conduct contract and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and lead negotiations with suppliers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or related business function

Understanding of contract terms and vendor management principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Experience working with business stakeholders across different departments
