Commercial Lead HVAC Technician – New Construction
Location : Based in Kentucky (travel to Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana)
Pay : $35+ / hr + bonuses
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday | Overtime Available | Paid Travel

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage HVAC installation teams on commercial new construction projects.
- Oversee duct work, equipment, and controls installation with a focus on precision and safety.
- Coordinate schedules and workflows with project managers, subs, and clients.
- Mentor newer technicians and foster a culture of teamwork and pride.
- Troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems during install and startup phases.
- Maintain accurate job site documentation and ensure OSHA and safety compliance.
Requirements
Commercial HVAC new construction experience with leadership responsibilities.EPA certification (Universal preferred); KY Journeyman license a plus.Proficiency reading blueprints, electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing site demands.Comfortable traveling throughout KY, OH, and IN.Benefits
