A leading modular construction and manufacturing company in Tracy, CA is seeking a Junior Recruiter. This is a while-hire role with the potential to become temp-to-hire, although not guaranteed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially within manufacturing, construction / trades, or high-volume staffing. Candidates MUST have recruiting experience to be considered.

Key Details :

Pay : $28 - $35 / hour

Location : Tracy, CA (on-site)

Type : While Hire (potential Temp-to-Hire)

Focus : Recruiting for manufacturing and skilled labor roles

Highlights of the role :

Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

Support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced industrial environment

Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS

Bilingual in English / Spanish is a huge plus
