• Case Finding : Identifying patient needs and ensuring they receive the right care.
• Health Teaching & Counseling : Educating patients and their families about health management.
• Supportive & Restorative Care : Providing hands-on assistance to help patients regain their health.
• Medication Administration : Safely administering medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Supervision : Overseeing certified nurse aides and unlicensed assistive personnel to ensure quality care.
• Coordination & Evaluation : Collaborating with the healthcare team to evaluate and enhance patient care.
